Flash Fairlane Car Services (FFCS) is a registered COVID-19 safe business. Conditions may alter as Regulations concerning COVID - 19 change. FFCS will require you to check-in using our QR code.
We will provide a clean vehicle. We will do our best to accommodate your changes to a new date if you should need to change, however, this will depend upon availability.
All cancellations and changes of dates must be sent to us in written form. This can be done via email. If Flash Fairlane Car Service is not available on your new date a cancellation fee of $200 will apply.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your booking and is non-refundable. A further charge of $300 per hour or part thereof is applicable if the car is further retained in excess of the agreed hiring period.
The car is offered for hire in the Echuca region. To cover travel costs out of the Echuca region a one-off charge of $100 will be incurred to travel to Eg: Bendigo or Shepparton.
Period of Hiring in all cases be reckoned from the time at which the car is ordered to leave the proprietors address until the termination of the hiring period.
If you cancel within 28 days of your booked date then no refund is available. There is a 10 km travel limit from the initial pick up location to the final transfer location. The only exception to this is if an alternative has been discussed and agreed to in writing by both parties.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to notify FFCS via email and text if there are any changes to pick up times and locations of any event scheduled on the day.
FFCS is granted permission by the hirer to use any photographs taken on the day of the event to use on their social media and website. Recognition to the photographer will be given on any images used by FFCS. FFCS gives permission to the hirer and photographer to use any images that our vehicles appear in on their social media or websites.
As the hirer, you will be responsible for all guests, third parties who ride, enter or interact with our vehicles for any damage caused by said, accidental or otherwise. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the hirer.
Food and Drinks are not allowed to be consumed in our vehicles. You are not permitted to sit anywhere on our vehicles and we ask that you treat our cars with the utmost care.
The Hirer shall not make any claim for damages for delay through breakdown or accidents except such as may result from or be occasioned by the negligent or unlawful act or omission of the driver or the failure of the Proprietor or the driver to supply or maintain the car in a roadworthy condition and the onus of the proof of any act omission of failure to lie upon the hirer.
Should your car of choice become unavailable due to a mechanical breakdown prior to your hire period, we guarantee to replace it with another car from our fleet.
FFCS provides fully accredited (CPVV) and licenced drivers during the period of hire who alone shall be permitted to drive the car. If the hirer acts in an unlawful manner, becomes abusive or threatens any staff or breaks any road rules then our driver will end the journey and all hire payments will be forfeited.
